Helen and I worked Chest, Back and Shoulders
2 x sets Seated Row – 30 kgs for me, 25kgs Helen – 20 reps
2 x sets Chest Fly – 7kgs me and 6kgsHelen – 20 reps
2 x sets DB Shoulder Press – 4kgs me, 3 kgs Helen – 20 reps
2 x sets Lat Pull-down – 30kgs me, 25kgs Helen – 20 reps
2 x sets Bench Press – 9kgs me, 8 kgs Helen – 20 reps
2 x sets :at Raise – 4kgs me, 3 kgs Helen – 20 reps
Quite like doing chest, back and shoulders this way – can really feel the muscle now. Coming along nicely..
Helen did 30 mins on bike before workout this morning. I had another client and will do my 30 mins later in the day.
Nutrition appointment today – interesting to see how I have done…….. will let you know. I know one thing….I so need to get new pants…..baggy backside in most of them now….hahaha
